Firemac help bring Spurs home

Tottenham officially opened their new £1billion stadium as they face London rivals Crystal Palace in the Premier League face-off this week. Opening the doors to the state-of-the-art 62,062-seater ground after a 3-year long development, Firemac can proudly announce our involvement in this mammoth project! Installing our award-winning Fabric Duct System to provide 120 minutes of fire resistance for kitchen extract systems across some of the stadiums 60 food and drink outlets.

Tottenham Hotspur Stadium is a new benchmark in global stadium design, providing one of the finest sporting experiences in the world and, by incorporating a fully retractable pitch, has become the first purpose-built home for the NFL in Europe.

Firemac’s FM Fire Duct System was installed to provide over 2 hours of fire resistance to various of the Stadium’s food outlets and the NFL’s dedicated kitchens. The Firemac FM120 Fire Duct System has been successfully tested to provide 120min stability and integrity in accordance with BS 476: Part 24: 1987 (ISO 6944: 1985). All Firemac testing has been done at a UKAS accredited (or equivalent) laboratory, with the involvement of a relevant 3rd party certification body.

Tottenham is the latest addition to our growing portfolio of stadiums, joining the likes of Anfield, Emirates and Tynecastle to name a few.
